Dr. Joe McIlhaney is an author and board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist. He was appointed to the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS in 2001, and is recognized as an innovator in the field of reproductive medicine. Dr. McIlhaney and his wife, Marion, reside in Austin, Texas.
